Shipping policy

• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Method:

• We ship all orders via UPS Ground service. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping:

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Timp Sup Co. is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to UPS for delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with UPS in the event of such occurrences.
