Returns Eligibility:
You may return your inflatable stand up paddleboard (SUP) within 30 days of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Conditions for Returns:
- The SUP must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact Timp Sup Co. Customer Service at support@timpsup.co. Provide your order details and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Packaging: Ensure the SUP is securely packaged in its original box with all accessories included.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned SUP:
- If approved, a refund minus the 15% restocking fee will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exclusions:
- Returns outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- Used or damaged SUPs are not eligible for return.
- Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your SUP arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Additional Information:
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the SUP minus the restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please ensure all returns comply with our policy to avoid delays in processing.
Shipping
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Method:
- We ship all orders via UPS Ground service. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Timp Sup Co. is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to UPS for delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with UPS in the event of such occurrences.
